The
pybaseballpackage needs to be updated to work with changes in Baseball-Reference. Until it is, it's unable to fetch the current standings. This PR adds the necessary functionality directly to Satchel as a temporary work around. The code can be removed oncepybaseballreleases an updated version.Also adds the script used to create season performance percentiles for each team. Not at all related to the main point of the PR, but needed to be done.
